ARGUS.

Privacy

Two separate things: this site, and the product.

This site

This site is static. It has no user account, and it stores nothing about its visitors in a database of ours.

One cookie of ours is set, and only if a visitor chooses another language in the switcher. It exists so that the choice survives to the next visit, and it is used for nothing else. We run no analytics.

The one exception is the calendar in the contact section, which is Calendly's. Their code loads only once a visitor reaches that section — anyone who does not scroll that far never contacts Calendly at all. Anyone who uses the calendar sends them a name, an email address and the chosen time, and receives their cookies. That processing is governed by Calendly's own privacy policy.

The product

ARGUS handles operational communication, which almost always means personal data: names, email addresses, customer references.

In an installation, classification, extraction and context retrieval run on local models, on the infrastructure of whoever installs it. Message content is not sent to external services.

The controller is the organisation that installs ARGUS. Our role is that of the party building and operating the system on its instruction, and that is set down in the contract.
